CAPS TITLE

1. Co-Founder

As a Co-Founder, you will work alongside the startup’s existing founder to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead operations. You will play a critical role in business development, fundraising, team building, and scaling the company. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a strong passion for AgriFoodTech innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute the startup’s vision, business strategy, and growth plans

  • Oversee key business functions such as operations, partnerships, and finance

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to drive innovation and market expansion

  • Represent the company in industry events, investor meetings, and stakeholder engagements

 

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial experience or leadership role in a startup or related industry

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

2. Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the startup’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring sustainable financial growth and compliance.
